Federal Agents Launch Immigration Crackdown in Charlotte
Immigration officers have been deployed to the Democratic-run city as part of the federal government's intensifying operation on illegal immigration, according to authority reports.
The operation, called "Charlotte's Web Operation", was revealed on recently, with officials stating that "undocumented criminals" would be targeted in the metropolitan region.
"We are surging DHS law enforcement to this location to ensure Americans are safe and eliminate security risks," an official representative commented.
City authorities, including the city's chief executive, released a unified declaration condemning the campaign, saying it was causing "needless concern and instability" in the community.

Specialized transport and special operations teams could be deployed for the North Charlotte operation, according to confidential reports.
A group from a local church performing maintenance at a local place of worship retreated to wooded areas when officers appeared, with one man being apprehended, according to reports.
"We assumed the religious facility was protected and nothing [was] gonna happen," a 15-year-old witness commented.
National Framework
Since the administration's continuation, government agencies have been dispatched to several locations including major metropolitan areas to deliver on the commitment of "the biggest immigration enforcement effort" in the nation's records.
The federal agency said they are conducting the initiative because North Carolina has not honoured the approximately 1,400 Immigration and Customs Enforcement persons held, meaning they had been freed due to "protective measures".

The city is an ethnically diverse municipality, with about seventeen percent of inhabitants being foreign-born, according to demographic data.
Federal authorities has not said how long the enforcement actions will continue. Chicago's crackdown, which commenced several months ago is continuing.
