Youthful Assailant Given Life Behind Bars Punishment with Lowest Sixteen-Year Period
A teenage boy has been judged to life imprisonment with a base duration of 16-year period for the murder of fellow schoolmate the deceased during a lunch period.

The perpetrator pierced the deceased, similarly fifteen, into the chest with a large blade at the city's All Saints Catholic High School in the second month.
Mrs Justice Naomi Ellenbogen revoked the name suppression restriction on the perpetrator during sentencing at the judicial building.

Caroline Willgoose expressed she felt "like a big burden has been removed off my back" following the judgment.

Caroline Willgoose remarked she was pleased the base duration had been set exceeding the required minimum of 15-year period.
"My dad has been having cancer treatment through the trial and he just couldn't continue any further," she said.

Before the murder on February 3rd, Khan and the deceased had adopted different sides in a different disagreement between additional pupils.

Investigators highlighted the catastrophic results of possessing knives, noting that a "instantaneous decision" can permanently change various existences.
